For customized samples, cost is depend on your design(including size, material, printing and so on), sample delivery time around 15-20 days.

Q7. When we create our own artwork design, what kind of format is available for you?
A7: The popular format: AI, JPEG, CDR, PDF, PSD. No less than 300DPI, the higher, the better.
