Q1. Are you a manufacturer?
A1: Yes, we are packaging bags manufacturer since established in 2009 and have our own factory which is located in Wenzhou, Zhejiang, China.
Q2. What's your product range?
A2: Plastic packaging bags, PVC bags, Kraft paper bags, Aluinum foil bags, BOPP bags, Roll film, Plastic and Paper stickers, etc. (Stand up bags ziplock bags, side gusset bags, flat bottom bags, vacuum bags, bags with valve and tin tie).
Q3. What is your MOQ?
A3: Normally our MOQ is 10, 000pcs~20, 000pcs. But we could also make the products for you if your quantity doesn't reach our MOQ. As for we have our minimum volume of business per order. Therefore as long as you pay us the minimum volume of business, even if your quantity less than 10, 000pcs, we could also make the bags for you upon your demand.
Q4. How about your delivery time?
A4: Generally, it will take 20 to 25days after receiving your advance payment. The specific delivery time depends on the items and the quantity of your order.
Q5. Do you have stock products to sell?
A5: Yes. Actually we have many kinds of bags for stock selling.
Q6. What's the information should I let you know if I want to get a full quotation?

Q7. What is your sample policy?
A7: We provide you Free samples in stock, you just need to pay the freight cost. You can provide your Courier account like DHL, UPS, TNT, FeDex or you can call your courier to pick up from our office. For customized samples, cost is depend on your design(including size, material, printing and so on), delivery time around 15-20 days.
Q8. When we create our own artwork design, what kind of format is available for you?
A8: The popular format: AI, JPEG, CDR, PSD. No less than 300DPI, the higher, the better.
Q9. Do I have to worry that packaging with my logo to be sold to my competitors or others?
A9: No. We know each design definitely belong to one owner.
